FRED EHRLICH
Fred was employed by CBS Records/Sony Music for close to 20 years, where he had various roles, including General Manager of Columbia Records, President of New Technology & Business Development for Sony Music worldwide, and President/CEO 550 Digital Media Ventures (reporting to Howard Stringer, president/CEO Sony Corporation of America).

Fred is thrilled to be developing his own companies & projects, including artist development, product placement, and merchandising projects, and he has been instrumental in furthering the careers of a countless number of artists. He is a consultant for a variety of companies, including Warner Music Group, where he was instrumental in the recent launch of the WMG/AOL online reality show, TheBiz.com. Fred is a member of the NY State Bar Association.

JOANNE EHRLICH
Joanne enjoyed the corporate sales and research industry for many years, focusing on executive research and development. She was VP of sales and research for over 7 years for Raines International, as well as spending 14 years at Global Research as the VP of research.

Joanne has been very active in her community over the past 15 years, specifically within school/educational-based programs, and is very happy to have her two worlds come together with the launch of MusicForFundraising.com.

XANDRA ESS LECARNER
Xandra was employed by Sony Music for almost 15 years prior to the launch of MusicForFundaising.com. Xandra started her career at Columbia Records, and was manager of New Technology for both Columbia and Sony Music Entertainment prior to leaving to attend law school. After receiving her J.D., she returned to Sony Music as Director of New Technology, a position she held while developing and launching AllStarCharity.com, a celebrity/charity auction site. She served as Executive Director and General Manager for AllStarCharity, raising over $1 million for charitable organizations nationwide.

Working along-side long time colleague Fred Ehrlich, Xandra has developed and/or launched projects in many areas, including music development, consumer products, online commerce, celebrity/charity projects and many others.
